Location

The Secretary is located on the 7th floor of Phnom Penh Centre, only 500 metres from the Independence Monument and the Royal Palace. It is close to all major commercial and government offices and near an area of the city called Boeung Keng Kong where the UN agencies have their offices and many foreigners choose to reside. Our building has ample secure parking for you and your visitors; this is an unusual feature in Phnom Penh where most offices only have on-street parking.

Offices

Our private offices are each 12 square metres with a large window and a great view. We also have 16 and 20 square metre rooms for multiple workstations. All our offices have been recently refurbished and are furnished simply and tastefully. We have chosen modern, steel/laminate furniture with a range of styles and layouts to suit just about all office needs.

Security

As you would expect in any modern office, we have a CCTV system monitoring the lobby and hallway. We also have electronic access control on our main door. All visitors are greeted by our staff and checked against your appointment schedule so you only see who you want, when you want.

Support Services

Our friendly staff are here to help you with tricky international calls and faxes, to make local calls in Khmer for you, to photocopy and give you other support and assistance. We keep a database of information on useful topics like hotels, serviced apartments and flights and The Secretary is always pleased to help with research on specific business areas. We can also help you hire cars and drivers and give you assistance with staff recruitment.

Refreshments

The Secretary also includes refreshment service in our package. Our staff will serve your choice of coffee, tea, ice water or other beverage at the time you choose, either at your desk or in our informal meeting room.
